My Story

I'm a digital native. I've spent close to a decade as a digital and marketing specialist helping brands to tell their stories through building compelling digital presences. At Sprout I've broadened this, working with clients to understand their business goals, designing and implementing solutions aimed at assisting them in achieving these objectives through organisational design and by enhancing leadership capabilities.

At Sprout I've been able to lean into my psychology background and overlay my design experience to design human experiences at work.

What I love about Sprout

The team - Sprouties love what they do and bring that passion to work everyday. It's infectious to be around. Plus, working alongside a diverse and skilled bunch, with exciting ideas and decades of experience, continually pushes me to new heights in my own career.

The location and flexibility for me is a big plus. I have a young family and working close by and being able to adjust my hours to make time for all the things I love is super motivating.
