Based in Penrose, you will be working closely with the CEO, the Strategic Director and Managing Director to continue to grow the Sales team both locally and internationally. 

Your role...
As the Sales Director, you will be responsible for

  • Developing the sales strategy for customer segments and markets, this incudes Asia Pac, Europe, South America and the US. 
  • Coaching, training and developing the team through strong sales processes, structures and best practice.
  • Guiding distributors and keeping them updated on the value proposition and technological advancements. 
  • Developing budgets and setting realistic targets to align with the company strategy
  • Meeting and delivering your sales targets and managing your portfolio  (B2B Customers) 
  • Keeping updated on across market trends, customer needs, pricing and competitor landscapes. Working with the Leadership to maintain and grow their market share. 

Who you are...
We are looking for an expert in sales coaching and sales process. B2B experience is essential along with an understanding or exposure to Industrial, Supply Chain or Manufacturing environments. 

You will have a proven track record in successfully developing teams to achieve targets and a detailed understanding around best practice sales processes from lead generation, pipeline management, influencing decision makers through to close. 

You will have experience with formalised sales training, tools and methodologies and be familiar with Salesforce and CRMs.
