This agency has focus on residential sales, property management but is really starting to lead the way in property development projects and selling off plan.
 
What about the role

The purpose of this people focused role is to lead the residential sales function - creating a culture of success both at a business but also individual level. 

Reporting directing to the Managing Director, you will be his right-hand person, supporting him in driving the business forward.

This critical role will see you being responsible for a wide range of growth focused tasks from co-design and execution of sales strategy to employee engagement, training and development, recruitment and onboarding etc.  This opportunity will also work with the wider business utilizing different functions within the business to ensure success of the residential sales team.

Skills and Experience required
  • People leadership – at least 3 years of experience in leading sales professionals
  • Real Estate Industry experience - if you are licensed even better
  • Experience in strategy development
  • Proven success in contributing to revenue growth through growth and development of team
  • Networking and connecting across the industry
  • Continuous improvement and systems and process review
