Who they are...
Fast growing Kiwi business that is scaling at pace and about to expand offshore. Specialising in hardware & software products and services within B2B Building and Construction. They have had alot of success predominately through organic growth and are now looking for an Account Manager to build on the foundations as they continue to grow locally and offshore. 
  
  
Your role...
Working closely with the Founders, you will be responsible for Account Management for their customers within Building and Construction. You will build strong relationships ensuring that the product and service continues to provide value and be the key conduit between the customer and internal product development, marketing and operations teams.  

  • Building and maintaining excellent relationships with Commercial Managers, General Managers Project Managers.  
  • Identifying where there are additional needs and requirements and ensuring information flow between the customer and operations (supply of products or extension of services) 
  • Be continuously looking for feedback and insights to ensure that any development and enhancements align to the customer. 
  • Initiate, support and provide feedback for new marketing strategies to help promote the company's brand awareness.
  • Analyse and review pricing, products and services alongside the Founders
  • Own the CRM 

Who you are...
You are an experienced Account Manager, with a great understanding of how to build relationships, how to sell a solution and how to build existing accounts.

Your warm, genuine approach and down to earth nature will connect easily with the founders and future customers. 

You will need to have experience with Account Management within B2B environments, knowledge of the Building and Construction industry would be a benefit.  You must be comfortable working in a start-up environment/scaling where you will need to be agile, flexible and innovative in your approach. You will need to be good with technology and comfortable using different platforms and software
