Our next leaders cohort kicks off in February 2024. Join us for a five month course designed to take your leadership to the next level. 

This course is designed for senior leaders working full time in growing businesses. Through this course you will grow as a leader, developing your leadership style and personal brand. You will be equipped with tools and experience to work better with the people around you, growing skills in conflict management, communication, building trust and influencing others. Your strategic thinking will improve so that you can better connect what you do and the decisions you make everyday to the bigger picture and enhance the effectiveness of your team. We will also enable you to extend this growth beyond this course through building your resilience and accountability.
