The Role 

As a Finance Manager reporting to the VCFO, you'll oversee all financial management and compliance, including corporate accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting. You'll supervise payroll, accounts receivable, and accounts payable, ensuring compliance and managing financial risk. 

With one direct report, the Senior Bookkeeper based offshore, this role requires strong communication and collaboration skills to effectively manage and coordinate with the finance team.

  • Requires 1-2 years post-CA experience, with experience in commercial and auditing.
  • Experience with Xero and Spotlight for reporting is essential.
  • Focuses on budgeting, forecasting, and ensuring compliance.
  • Involves simplifying financial systems and processes to improve efficiency.
  • Proficient in Excel 
  • Thrive on building strong relationships across the organisation
